3/367 Coach house and stables approximately 30m north-west of Nether Lypiatt Manor (previously 21.10.55 listed with Nether Lypiatt Manor)
GV II
Coach house and stables. Mid C18. Coursed and dressed limestone, random rubble to rear; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Long rectangular range with coach house at centre. South front: 2 large 4-centred arched coach doorways at centre with keystone, imposts, architraves and flat hoodmould. Towards each end Tudor arched doorways in matching style, each flanked by 2 mullioned and transomed casements, also with flat hoods. Two ridge-mounted chimneys with moulded tops to hipped roof with small ball finials. Rear: 2 single-storey gabled wings with central C20 gabled porch; 2-light casement below each gable. Flush roof- lights to stable loft. Interior not inspected.
