Shop and house in row. Mid-late C17; early Cl9 and C20 alterations. Random rubble limestone; brick rebuilt chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic. Front: 2 gables, reduced in depth by raising of eaves level. Right gable retains 2- light chamfered mullioned attic casement, apex of left gable rebuilt in brick, leaded iron casements to timber attic window. Three 16-pane upper floor sashes, left above former throughway, now with recessed shop front. C20 shop fronts to ground floor, central C20 doorway between. Rear: full gable to left with concrete block rebuilt chimney; shallow attached 2-storey outshut has 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned upper floor casement with hoodmould. Projecting outshut to right with catslide roof has leaded upper floor casements, one in gabled attic dormer. Eaves-level raking dormer to right also leaded. Other attached outbuildings are not of special interest. Interior not inspected.
