Former detached house, now 3 houses. Late c1?. Random rubble limestone, partially rendered; ashlar and brick=rebuilt chimneys; concrete tile roof. Two-storey with attic; cross wing at east end. South side: one full gable to left has heavy-framed 3-light timber casement with lozenge leading. Three-light chamfered stone-mullioned casement to ground floor, with hoodmould. Various other casements, mostly C20; timber cross-windows to right. Hipped porch addition in angle with wing to right. Roughly central ridge-mounted rendered chimney with moulded cap. East end: mostly C20 casements. North side: 2 full gables with lower gabled stair wing at centre. Mostly C20 replaced windows, each gable retaining original heavy-framed timber casement with timber lintel. Some later additions on this side. Interior not inspected.
