STANDISH STANDISH VILLAGE SO 80 NW 7/267 Two Unidentified Monuments, about 15m north of Niblett Monument in churchyard of Church of St. Nicholas GV II Two chest tombs. Unidentified, late C17. Limestone. Flat top, moulded plinth and capping, plinth to south only just visible, lyre ends with acanthus returns, plain rectangular panels to east and high relief figures to west. Sides have recessed rectangular panels with strapwork moulding and flanking compressed acanthus scrolls.
