(now incorporating building formerly listed as Church View)

Inn. Early-mid C17 and mid C17-early C18. Early range: square-
panelled timber framing over pebbledash probably concealing the
original timber framing on a pebbledashed plinth; thatched roof
with decorative ridge thatching; brick stacks. Building linked to
the west gable end shows evidence of square-panelled timber framing
at the west gable end, the remainder of the building appears to
have been encased in brick probably early in the C19; limestone
plinth; concrete tile roof with brick stack. Rectangular plan.
Later extensions to rear of the thatched range, not of special
interest. Early range: 1½ storeys; later range: 2 storeys with
single-storey link between the two. Two 4-light wooden casements
with horizontal glazing bars to the ground floor of the early
range. Garage doors far left with C20 plank door to the right.
Two-light gabled eaves dormer with wooden casement and horizontal
glazing bars. Later range: symmetrical 2-windowed facade lit by
segmental-headed 2-light casements, former central segmental-headed
doorway now blocked; C20 glass door with glazing bars far right.
Axial stacks to the C17 range. Gable-end stack to the later range.
Interiors contain spine beams, cross beams, and open fireplaces
with wooden bressumer.
