Farmhouse. C17, partially rebuilt and extended C18-C19. Painted
coursed squared and dressed limestone and painted brick, concrete
tile roof; painted brick stack. T-shaped main body with gable
end to road, later extensions at right angles on west. Two
storeys and attic. Gable end of main body: 3-light stone-
mullioned casement to the ground and first floors, blocked 2-light
stone-mullioned casement to the attic, possible projecting stairs
at the right-hand corner. Right-hand return: 2 single-light
windows with flat-chamfered surrounds to the coursed squared and
dressed part of the building, one 3-light metal casement to the
ground floor of the brick part, raking 2-light half dormer to the
first floor. Painted coursed squared and dressed limestone
extension at right angles with a single-light wooden casement to
the ground floor of the gable end. C19 plank door to the main
body within a lean-to porch against the extension. Interior not
inspected.
