II
C18, early C19. Earlier centre part, with later projecting gabled wings; 2 storeys and attic, 1.3.1 windows. Slate mansard roof, 3 dormers in the centre, with sashes. Stucco walling; the centre has a panelled parapet with a band, first floor band, the gabled sides have slightly-projecting centres and a plinth. Sashes, those in the centre having reeded architraves, the outer (at first-floor and ground-floor levels)of 3-lights, the lower having a cornice on thin pilasters, with inner being French windows. Greek Doric porch with panelled pilasters, double-doors and half-glazed inner door. The rear (east) elevation is similar but without the projection of the sides, which have angular bays to the ground floor; stucco doorcase in Greek Order of pilasters. Within, there is a fine staircase, ceiling cornices and some plain panelling.
