HIGHGATE LANE 1. 5238 Farnborough Emperor House, Ye Olde Farm, Empress Cottage and Euginee Cottage (formerly listed as The Old Farmhouse under Highgate Lane, Farnborough Street) SU 8756 4/38 28.1.59 II 2. Formerly the Old Farmhouse, now 4 units.

C17 and later. 2 storeyed timber-framed house to south and middle unit, single storeyed later unit. South side has 2 windows in square framing with corner struts; central door. Central unit is higher with slightly projecting part in closely framed structure, having a seven-light ground floor window. North side is single-storeyed brick building with a large roof. Casement windows with diamond leaded lights. Red tile massive roofing, with hip over central projection. Tiled roofing to open porches, on posts. Rear elevation is modern, white painted rendered walling and casement windows.
