Parish church. 1857, by William White, damaged by lightning 1975, with consequent restoration, including a new roof. Single cell with ½-octagon apse, north and south porches, and double-bellcote at the west end. Flint walls with brick dressings; thin horizontal bands, quoins, separate voussoirs to pointed arches, buttresses and plinth. The traceried parts and mullions of the window are of stone; lancets with sharply- pointed cusping, of 1, 2 and 4 lights, the largest with a hood-mould. The roof of 1976 is of low pitch, of corrugated metal: a fragment of the original tile roof remains above the west gable, linked to the bell-turret, which is supported by 2 tapered buttresses, enclosing a coupled west window. Gabled porches with buttresses and pointed arches with patterned voussoirs. The rear third of the interior retains its original yellow brick walls with red banding and dado, and a C20 glazed screen separates this from the main church, which has plastered walls, and late C20 furnishings.
