Details

KINGS SOMBORNE OLD VICARAGE LANE SU 3631 14/16 Stable block 10m E of the Old Vicarage on Cross Street GV II Stable block and carriage shed. Late C18 and C19. Brick slate roofs. 1 1/2 storey, 3 bay central block with 4 bay low block to right and 3 bay carriage shed to left. Central block has corner pilasters. To left large arched opening, 2 16-pane segmental head sashes. Above at each end 2 small wide 8-pane sashes. Central pediment with dentilled eaves. Roof hipped with central rectangular lead-covered cupola. To right range has 16-pane sash or C19 door in C18 segmental head range. To left, range has set of C19 quadruple doors and to left 2 C20 garage doors with windows over.
