Small cottage. C18, restored and extended C20. Brick and thatch. 1 storey and attic, 2 windows. The roof is hipped and brought to a low eaves above outshots at the south (C18) and north (C20) ends; eyebrow dormers. Red brick walls in Flemish bond, plinth; former central door blocked and replaced at the north side. C20 casements and boarded door.
