CHURCH LANE 1. 5236 Holybourne Holybourne House SU 74 SW 6/10 II 2. C17. Altered. 2 storeys; 5 bays. Timber-framed; brick; old tile roof. Ground floor with central modern porch with Tuscan piers and segmental pediment and 4 windows. Brick band at 1st floor level. 1st floor with 5 windows. All windows mullioned and transomed leaded casements. Moulded eaves cornice. To the right a projecting gabled wing with some tile hanging. In it, a single rectangular bay window running through ground and let floors and terminating in a gable with decorative plasterwork.
