BEAULIEU BEAULIEU MANOR ESTATE SU 3802/3902 17/13 Dairy north of Palace Cottage, behind Palace Cottage Annexe. GV II Dairy. Mid C19, restored 1984. Rendered brick walls under overhanging roof of plain and fishscale tile bands, supported by rustic tree-trunk posts. Single storey octagonal building with verandah all round, extended into gabled hood on 2 sides. Entrance side has gabled hood with carved bargeboards and finial, on roof face high-set triangular dormer. At top of roof ventilator of raised separate 8-faced roof rising to finial. Under verandah floor of closely-set pebbles.
