Details
LISS STODHAM LANE SU 72 NE Pruetts 10/23 23/01/86 II House. Early C17 and C20. Rendered walls. 1/2-hipped tile roof, with tile-hung gables to the rear wings. A 3-bay timber-framed lobby-entrance house, with an east end unit and 2 rear wings of the later date, and 2 small coupled west end outshots. North front of 2 storeys, 1.3 windows. Casements. The doorway has pilasters on each side of a chamfered frame, and above this is a moulded canopy on carved brackets, 2-panelled door. Interior: large fireplace, heavy beams, and some exposed framework.
