Villa, now school. Late C18, altered and extended early and late C20. Roughcast brick, plain tile roof, brick stacks. Originally 2 storey, 3 wide bay front pile and slightly lower ridged rear pile; to an end bay of rear pile, overlooking garden, added matching wing of 2 bays added to form L-shape, and behind this wing and rest of rear pile single style; to end of added wing and other side service infill late C20 additions. Original entrance front to south, is 2 storey and attic 3 bay. Central bay has full-height semicircular bow. Stone step around bow. 6-octagonal-panel, top-lit door under 3-centred head. Each side small sash with similar head. 3 more on 1st floor, middle one larger. Each side rendered plinth and large lozenge-pane sash with 3-centred head. 1st floor raised band and similar sash to LH but that to RH replaced by 2-light casement. On roof 2 C20 hipped dormers with Diocletian windows and tilehanging. Roof hipped over canted end bays and half conical roof to central projection.
