ROCKBOURNE (west side) SU 1118 14/25 Yew Tree Cottage 30.9.64 II
Cottage. C16 altered C18, restored 1985. Timber-frame with brick infill and rebuilding, thatch roof. End onto road, 3 bay it storey. Front has C20 hipped glazed porch between centre and far bay. Road bay has half-glazed door. C20 2 or 3-light casement in each bay. 5-light eyebrow dormer over end bay and wide eyebrow dormer to centre with 2 & 3-light casement. Roof hipped at far end. Ridge stack at road end and above porch.
