SZ 29 NW BRANSGORE A35 Hinton 12/3 Nos 1 and 2 East Close Farm Range GV II
Model farm range, now 2 dwellings. Late C18, altered C19 and C20. Brick, old plain tile roof. 1½ storey, 1;3;1;3;1 bay arrangement of 2 storey hip-roofed pavilions and link ranges, various additions onto ends and front. South front, facing lane, has brick and hip-roofed addition to LH end. LH pavilion has arched recessed panel with raised 1st floor band right across. To RH link has gabled porch and 12-pane sashes, 2 over in gabled dormers. Centre pavilion similar, but RH pavilion has gabled addition in front, and similar in front of RH bay of link. Rest of link slightly outshot forward, having C19 gabled porch, casements and 2 large C20 hipped dormers on roof.
