11/21 Building consisting of Colyton Cottage and attached part of Brook Cottage.
GV II
Cottage. C17 core early C19 front. Timber-frame core, brick, old plain tile roof. 2 storey, 3 bay, right 2 bays Colyton Cottage. Early C19 6-flush panelled top lit door in small latticed porch to right of centre and either side C19 3 or 4-light casement. Left bay has at right C20 gabled open porch now to C20 2-light casement, with to left 2 2-light casements. At right on 1st floor, 2 large early C20 3-light casements. In left bay similar 2-light casement and small C19 3-light casement. Gable stacks at either end with larger ridge stack between left and centre bays. To rear 3 C18 half-hipped gables.
