2 cottages joined together. C17 & C18. Timberframe rendered and cob, all colourwashed, roofs thatched and part slated. L-shaped with C17 Ivy Cottage end on to road with brick bay of 1st floor only, walkway underneath, added to road end of left-side connecting to C18 Rosehaye. Road front 4 window range. Right bay has door of Ivy, C19 top glazed with single sash to right, and over a C19 timber and corrugated iron verandah. Above C19 2-light casement with in bay to right 2-light casement in recess with timberboarding below. Bay sup- ported on large timber beams between right bay and Rosehaye. Roof thatched and hipped with stack on right-wall at ridge line. Rosehaye has central door beneath slated gabled lattice porch. Each side on both storeys altered 2- light casements. Roof slated with thatched ridge and rear face. Central stack to front of ridge and ridge stack at right end.
