Farmhouse now private house. C18 & early C19. Brick, front stuccoed with in- cised lines, all colourwashed, roof plain tiled. L-shaped with C19 wing to rear at right end of C18 building and single storey range to rest of rear. 2 storey and attic, ground floor 4 window range, 6 pane sash at left end and either side of blocked central door, C20 glazed doors at right end. Early C19 timber, lead tented roofed verandah with quatrefoils in brackets. Above 3 8- pane C19 sashes. Offset and toothed eaves. Half-hipped roof with lowered external gable stack at left end.
