13/108 Nos 2, & 4 5.12.55 GV II
House, now a bank (2) and office (4). C18, early C19, C20. Stucco, some brick- work at the rear, tile roof. 2 storeys and attic, 4 upper windows. The massive tile roof, hipped at the west end, has a moulded and coved plaster eaves at the rear and end which suggests that the building was extended forward and raised at the second period. The front (north) has a deep moulded eaves cornice with frieze, 1st floor band (broken by the openings), plinth. 2 upper sashes (1 double), 2 x 2 storeyed bays and a ground-floor bay : 2. C20 dormers. C20 classical doorframes, one to the front (4) and the other at the end (2). Much modernised.
