12/3 Waterside Cottages II House now 4 cottages. Early C17 & C18. Timber-framed with brick infill, ground floor-rebuilt in brick between posts, brick bay, roof thatched. 2 storeys, 3 bays with larger centre bay with 4th bay and wing behind added to right C18. Centre baffle entry door to C17 building with large C20 tiled weatherboarded porch, and each side a 3-light casement. Left and right bays have doorway, with similar porch to right and C19 timber porch to left. Outside doors C19 2-light casements. Above are 6 2-light casements. Left C18 bay has stable-type door to right and 2-light camber headed casement to left. Above a 4-light casement and at intermediate level near end small staircase light. Roof hipped at either end with widehip to left over C18 bay. Large C18.multi-flue centre stack and C20 stack on left hip. Outshot to rear of C17 building and to inner side of C18 wing.
