3 pairs of cottages. Early C19. Brick with timber scantling in gables, roofs thatched. Small pairs of 2 bay cottages, 1½ storeys, outshot to rear, but 98 & 99 gave parallel range to rear, others being T-shaped with shared rear wing. Doors in outer bay with early C20 tiled gabled timber porches. Inner bays have a C19 3-light casement, or C20 replacement, under cambered arch of soldier course with blue header course above. Each cottage has an eyebrow dormer with C19 2-light leaded casement. Roofs hipped with wide eaves and C19 square central ridge stack. Similar to Dance designed cottages in East Stratton.
