Details
SU 61 NE HAMBLEDON BROADHALFPENNY DOWN 8/21 Scotland II House. Early C16 timber-framed hall with smoke bay and south end solar, insertion of fireplace late C16/early C17, late C18 recladding, C20 rear wing. Walls of brickwork in English bond and Flemish bond with blue headers, high plinth band above a flint base, cambered openings, thin 1st floor band: flint walls with brick dressings to part: small exposure of frame in the north-end outshot. Prominent hipped roof, with interlocking tiles of c1970, with gablets, extended to a lower eaves at the north end. West front of two storeys three windows. Casements. Plain doorway.
