Formerly a public house, now offices. C18, with early C19 features. Front walls of stucco, elsewhere painted brickwork in Flemish bond. Hipped tile roof, lower rear roofs hipped and gabled. West front of two storeys three windows. Sashes. C20 doorcase. Vernacular features to the irregular rear extensions, which are prominent.
