Cottage. C17 refronted C18. Timber-frame with brick encasing and flint additions, rendered to front, slate roof. 3 bay C17 building with 2 bay C18 addition to left and C19 lean-to added to it. 2 storey, 5 bay front with C20 planked door in gabled brick porch in 2nd bay from right, with single light to right of it. Each side a 3-light segmental headed casement. Blocked single light at left of end of C17 part with similar 3-light casement next to it. Left bay has C19 door with single light beside it. On 1st floor above door, 2-light casements and above other windows 3-light casements. All windows have C20 leaded lights. Roof hipped to left with ridge stack at each end of ridge and at left end of C17 building.
