GV II
Cottage. C17, C19 and C20. Part timber-frame encased in brick. C19 and C20 wing of knapped flint with brick dressings, plain tile roof. C19 Gothic style, 1½ storey, 3 bay, with left bay C20 addition. Doorway between right and centre bay in gabled brick porch with pointed arch and bargeboard with finial. In each bay single storey hipped roof, canted bays with transomed 4-light windows. String course at head-of-window level and brick band at dormer sill level with brick dressing between left and centre bays. Half-hipped brick dormer with 2-light casement, bargeboard and finial to hip. Roof half-hipped with finial at either end of wrought iron ridge piece.
