BRIDGE STREET 1. 5249 (South Side) Nos 66 and 68 (Avon Bridge House) SP 0343 1/205 16.3.73. II 2. Early-mid C19. Stucco; 2 storeys plus basement and attic. Front has rusticated ground storey (basement below road level and obscured; 5 sash windows in moulded architraves with keyblocks; sill band; moulded cornice at 1st floor; central doorway with Roman Doric porch; 2 dormers with segmental pediments; pseudo quoins at sides; dentilled modillion eaves cornice ; hipped slate roof. One-window bay on right-hand side with arched doorway. Cast iron railings to sunken forecourt. Modern one-storey addition at rear. Unoccupied (1976).
