Shop and dwelling. C18 and C19 with later alterations. Red and brown brick with red brick dressings, and rendered. Wood sash and casement windows. Slate and tile pitched roof. 2 storeys with attic.
EXTERIOR: Tilehouse Street elevation of 2 bays, that to left originally part of 93 Tilehouse Street (q.v.). First floor band, 8-over-8 sash window to first floor; casement under segmental arch and small 3-over-6 pane sash to ground floor. Bay to right, rendered ground floor with large window comprising 5 separate casements in wood frame with deep frieze and projecting cornice. To first floor, 8-over-8 sash window. To far right at ground floor, entrance through C19 door with glazed lights and overlight, within elevation of 94 Tilehouse Street (q.v.) but for which 93A has flying freehold.
INTERIOR: Vestibule with short cast-iron baluster stair. Early-C20 panelled room with cornice at ground floor. Some timber framing to first floor. Attic with light scantling rafters, plastered at collar level. Brick and render groin vaults to cellar.
Group value with 93-96 Tilehouse Street, and 19 Bucklersbury.
