II
Gardens to north and south of house enclosed with 10 ft high walls of C16 brick in English Bond. Buttresses at regular intervals. Two beeboles in west wall of south court but this has been demolished in part to allow a drive to the front door. Arched recesses in east and west walls of north court. Similar beeboles at Scadbury Manor, Southfleet (Dartford District qv).
