House, former service wing to larger farmhouse, now in 2
occupations. Early C19. Rubble, slate roof. 2 long parallel
ranges with central valley gutter.
2 storeys, the entrance front with 4 windows, all small-pane
3-light casements to segmental heads, but small single light
at each floor at the left end. At the ground floor bay 2 has a
pair of doors, and bay 3 a single large door with small-paned
upper half, including margin-panes. At the right-hand end are
brick gable stacks, and the rear wall includes three 2-light
small-pane casements to segmental heads.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
This building was part of Sutton Farmhouse; the front range is
now called Sutton Lodge (qv).
