House, now offices. Early C19. White brick; fully hipped slate roof with a plain wood eaves soffit. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar. 3 window range: 12-pane sashes in painted reveals with flat gauged arches. A central doorway has a plain brick surround and a semicircular fanlight with intersecting arched glazing-bars. 2 internal chimney-stacks with plain white brick shafts. The rear elevation is similar to the front: the door is in a matching semicircular arched surround, but with a blank fanlight. INTERIOR: cellar, much older than the building above, has walls in a mixture of flint rubble, brick and reused stone, covered with old render. In the room to the left of the entry, an original fireplace with reeded half-round columns and architrave.
