Bathing pavilion. 1897 by Sir Edwin Lutyens. Snecked sandstone with ashlar
quoins and dressings, hipped plain-tiled roof. Half-H shape plan with wings
projecting out into the lake. Single storey on basement projecting into the
lake. Lunette windows to return fronts with roundels in gable ends of
projecting wings. Colonnade of five Doric columns across central recess with
balusters between. Steps with curved flanking walls leading to lower lake.
Wicket gate in left hand return front of basement. Two doors and one semi-
circular stone-edged window on bank-side elevation.
