Farmhouse, now house. Early C18 with earlier origins; raised and altered
later. Coursed squared sandstone to front; coursed sandstone rubble to
sides and rear; pantile roof; brick stacks. 2-cell direct-entry plan, with
outshut. 2 low-storeys, 2-window front. Left of centre 6-panel door
beneath divided overlight, approached by stone steps. Uneven 18-pane sash
to left and 3-light small pane horizontal sliding sash to right. 6-pane
fixed-light firewindow at end right. Two 2-light small-pane horizontal
sliding sashes to first floor. Thin timber lintels to all openings. Left
gable wall: 2-light large-pane horizontal sliding sash beneath heavy timber
lintel. Coped gable and replacement kneeler to left; single end left stack.
