Rendered cob with wheat reed thatched roof adjoining Box Tree Cottage at higher level, left and with brick chimney over gable end right. 2-room plan. 2 storeys. 2-window north east front. Central C20 door and C20 casements. Simple interior. Roof trusses with lapped pegged collars and tie beams. Converted attic. Included for group value.
