GV II
House. Probably C18 or earlier. Colourwashed and rendered cob and stone rubble, rear wall said to have been rebuilt in concrete block (information from owner); thatched roof, hipped at left end, gabled at right end, right end stack with paired shafts. Plan: Single depth, probably 2 rooms wide, entrance into right hand room. Exterior: 2 storeys. Description only approximate as access unobtainable at time of survey (1987). Asymmetrical 3 window front, the eaves thatch eyebrowed over the first floor left and right windows. C20 glazed porch to right in centre, small pane casement windows. Rear elevation appears to have C20 metal framed windows. An interior inspection could necessitate revising the suggested date.
