Terrace of 6 houses, the left-hand house formerly a shop. c1830- 40. Red brick with slate roofs, gabled at ends; axial stacks; the left-hand house painted. Double-depth plan. Exterior: 2 storeys, stepped up hill. Asymmetrical 7 window front. Plat band and cyma-moulded gutter. Cambered brick arches over C19 doors to Nos 20 and 21, C20 doors and mid C19 16-pane sashes except for the first bay from the-right where they have been replaced with 2-pane sashes. The left-hand house has a 15-pane shop window with timber glazing bars, and a cornice.

Row of 4 or 5 adjoining houses, probably originally 6, the left-hand house formerly a shop. Late C19. Red brick with slate roofs, gabled at ends ; axial stacks; the left-hand house painted. Plan: A terrace of 4 or 5 double depth adjoining cottages, the centre 3 1-room wide, the right hannd cottage 2 rooms wide, the left hand house a shop to the right, a room to the left of the central entrance and a cartway to the left. West of the Church and forming part of the late C19 village centre. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 7 window front with regular fenestration of original 16-pane timber sashes except for the first bay from the right where they have been replaced with 2-pane timbers timber sashes. The left-hand house has a probably original 15-pane shop window with timber glazing bars, and a cornice ; the windows in the second and third bays from the right have shutters. 2 C19 front doors to the right end, the others later replacements. A plainer brick terrace than the adjacent Gothic terrace in High Street and the Gothic terrace in Church Street and an important range in the village centre round the Church.
