Row of 3 Cottages, probably originally one house, apparently disused at time of survey (1987). Probably an C18 or early C19 remodelling of an earlier house. -Cob on stone footings, whitewashed and rendered except for the rear elevation ; thatched roof, gabled at ends ; left end stack, axial stack, rear right lateral stack, all with brick shafts. Plan: Details of plan unclear at time of survey as there was no access to the interior. L plan: a single depth main range with 3 front doors, end on to the street, with a rear right wing with a lower roofline and a rear lean-to (probablv C19) with a tiled and corrugated inn roof. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4 window front with regular fenestration. 3 front doors, 3-light C19 small pane timber casements except 2 2-light C20 timber replacements. The right return (the wing) has 1 first floor 2-light small pane casement and 2 ground floor casements. Interior: Not inspected. An attractive, unspoiled range in the village.
