MANSTONE LANE 1. 1633 The Cottage SY 1289 6/157 II 2. Formerly known as Ivy Cottage. Early C19 detached stucco house, possible rehandling of earlier building. Thatched roof. 3 window garden front, 2-light casements with Venetian shutters. Verandah on ground floor has been glazed in. Side elevation: 2 sash windows with glazing bars. Thatched lean-to extension on street front.
