BOWD 1. 1633 Bowd Inn SY 19 SW 12/141 12.10.51. II GV 2. Restored old cob house with thatched roof and half-dormer. Three 3 light casements 1st floor. 4 windows ground floor, 3 of them modern bows and one C19 casement. Thatched porch added. External chimney with offsets and date tablet 1657. Part of a hamlet on the north-west boundary of the UD Bowd Inn. Bowd Cottage. Bowd Farmhouse, the Barn and yard wall of Bowd Farmhouse form a group.
