House. Late C17 with later modifications and extensions. Cob and stone, rendered, the main range under gabled-end thatched roof, a left-hand extension single storeyed under hipped thatched roof. Brick axial stack and brick gable end projecting stack both raised in later brickwork. Main range, 2 storeys, originally a single-cell cottage of cob, to which a later (C18) stone extension added. Front: (ie. away from road) 3 window range, all windows late. C19 (or later) timber 2-light casements, 1st floor windows with lintels at wall-plate level. Rear: with slate roofed lean-tos, three 2-light late C19 timber casements; and one ground floor early C19 sash, without horns, 4 panes to each sash. Left-hand extension with one 2-light window to each face. Interior not inspected, although one beam with deep chamfer visible in older part.
