House. Circa C16 stone rubble house with stone dressings. Possibly a former hall house with inserted floor. Thatched roof with stone coping to gable ends. Two storeys. Four window range. Four light ovolo moulded stone mullion windows with hood moulds and leaded panes. Right hand doorway to cross-passage, with old plank door at back. Similar three light stone mullion window on gable end to road. Half hipped thatched wing at rear with five light chamfered wood mullion window. Semi-circular stair tower at rear enclosed in later lean-to. Rebuilt brick ridge and end chimney stacks. Situated at right angles to road.
Interior: cross-passage. Stopped chamfer ceiling beams and open fireplaces with stopped chamfer bressummers. Two circa later C16 moulded stone chimneypieces in first floor rooms.
