Parish church. C12 restored 1863. Coursed and dressed sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings, stone slates to chancel, slates to nave. Nave with bell- cote and south porch, chancel. Nave three bays with buttressing at west end, two restored late C14 two-light windows with trefoil-headed lights to right of mid-C19 gabled south porch, north wall retains single semi-circular headed light; mid-C19 bellcote. Chancel two bays, single lancet to right and single ogee-headed light to left of restored doorway; east end retains single semi-circular headed light and similar window also retained in'north wall; herringbone masonry above east window. Interior semi-circular headed chancel arch, single unmoulded order with square responds and moulded imposts. Fittings: C15 font, octagonal bowl on similar stem and base.
