Former farmhouse. C17 with C18 and C19 additions and alterations. Brick, timber-framed part exposed to south, tiled and slate roofs mainly hipped and brick stacks. Main range aligned north-west/south-east has gabled projection to north at north-east corner another, which is timber-framed, to south at north-west end with a large C18 block at south-east corner. Two storeys. North-east elevation: 1:3 windows, 2- and 3-light casements, first floor of gable front has glazing bar sash, glazed, mid-C20 door to right. South-west elevation has timber-framed part to left with C20 casements in gable front; large two-storey C18 block has later cross-casement to first floor, glazed central door with transom light and dentilled brick eaves cornice.
