Farmhouse former Rectory C14 to C17 timber frame and painted brick. L plan 2 storey and with attic to East end cross-wing. Plain tile roofs, gable ended on cross wing, half-hipped at West end of rear range. Large outside East wall stack on stone base to cross-wing. 2 ridge stacks to rear range, rearmost C16 triple stack with diagonal shafts set within main stack. Exposed timbers to cross-wing, rear wing largely cased in brick. Cross-wing to front is C16 to C17, the North gable having been extended in C17 with additional small gable to West side. North front 1 window to ground floor, 2 windows above, casement. 4 tiers of timber weathering. Rear wing is possibly C14 in origin at West end with former C16 open hall in centre. Massive timbers and evidence of raised roof to West end. One 1st floor room with small plaster fleur-de-lys decora- tions to ceiling. Western end bay is later addition. Brick outside casing with cambered head windows and 2 dormers to each side.
