Details
UPTON BISHOP CP SO 62 NE 5/85 Brewhouse approximately 5 m north of Upton Court 18.5.53 GV II Out-building known as The Brewhouse and used for storage of hops early this century. C17 with late C18 and early C19 additions. Square-panelled timber- framing with brick infill, sandstone plinth, brick later additions; part C20 tiled and part Welsh slate roof. Long range aligned east/west with earlier section to east, entrances to north and south with steps up to first floor to south side; central axial stack. Two storeys; scattered fenestration to north front; five irregular openings to upper floor, eight to lower, mainly altered.
