Farmhouse and barn, now 3 houses. Mid-C16 with C17 and C18 additions and C20 alterations. Painted rubble, slate roof. Central C16 block of 2 roof bays with lateral stack on north side, C17 extension to east of 2 roof bays, with lateral stack on north side, further single bay extension to east, C18, with gable-end stack; 3-bay barn of C18 to west of C16 section, now house over garage; C20 lean-to against barn and part of C16 portion, 2 gabled extensions to south of C17 and C18 portions. Two storeys, north side: irregular fenestration, first floor: 4, C20 casements to left, with entrance to house right of the first window; 2 windows (right one blocked); one window - all C20 casements. Ground floor entry to C16 portion (right end) through C20 porch, glazed door, to left steps up to former barn, which is weatherboarded framing. Opposite the entry to the C16 portion, in the wall, is blocked doorway with a flattened 2-centred head. Interior: C16 portion originally one room, with moulded ceiling beams. (RCHM 1, p 41, no 13).
