House, now shop and offices. c1800 with late C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Red brick, stuccoed at ground floor level with banded rustication; shallow- pitched slate roof with end stacks. Three storeys; moulded cornice at first floor level and eaves level; sill band above first floor cornice, and string course defining frieze. Three bays; ground floor has a 12-pane sash to left and a C19 shop front to right with moulded cornice on elaborate consoles, C20 multi-paned window and half-glazed door with transom light; central first floor window has a pediment on consoles and windows in flanking bays have cornices on consoles; all three first floor windows have moulded shouldered architraves and are 12-pane sashes; three second floor 9-pane sashes with gauged flat heads; central entrance has pilastered surround; the banded rustication is continued across the pilasters and forms banded voussoirs above the round-arched doorway which has a moulded keyblock and imposts; husk moulding in reveals and four- panelled door. Interior not inspected.
