House, now two. Early C19, partly rebuilt late C19 with some late C20 alterations. Brick with hipped slate roof. Two storeys with dentilled brick cornice.

Projecting wings to left and right, that to left rebuilt late C19; to right of three storeys; 1 + 2 + 1 windows: glazing bar sashes under segmental lintels with key stones and impost blocks; ground floor: to left wing a semi-elliptical arch over garage entrance with keystone; then 2 + 1 windows as above; central entrance to main range has a stone doorcase with two engaged Doric columns, paterae in the entablature and moulded cornice, the door is C20; to right-hand corner of right-hand wing (No 16) entrance has stone doorcase with fluted pilasters and C20 panelled door. The lintels are characteristic of the 1820s in Birmingham.
