GV II
2 houses now a shop. Early C19. Brick stuccoed with a hipped tile roof. A handed pair of 2 storeys, double-pile plan houses with chimneys on the mid wall and cellars under rear part. Stair rises from rear room in outer corner (removed in No. 61). Symmetrical W front with low plinth parapet with coping, 2 windows to each floor (sashes above one to each house) and doors to right and left. Attractive C19 swept arcaded hipped canopy to ground floor continuous along front. 6-panel doors. Small shuttered shop windows under canopy. 5 quatrefoil section cast iron posts support canopy with shallow curved braces.
